With the use of Metabamboo.co website users agree to published terms of service. Meta Bamboo and its users use the terms of service to manage the relations and obligations with purchase in website Metabamboo.co. Terms of service are composed in accordance to US law.

Meta Bamboo reserves the right to change terms of service of Metabamboo.co at any time and without prior notice.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Meta Bamboo does not take any responsibility with the usage of website Metabamboo.co and contents included in the website. Meta Bamboo reserves the right to change contents of the website without prior notice and does not take any responsibility of the changes.

Meta Bamboo does all possible to present the most accurate and current information but possible errors on website Metabamboo.co regarding prices, delivery dates, product descriptions are possible and Meta Bamboo does not provide any compensation or take any other liability for such changes. Purchaser of the goods bought through website Metabamboo.co has the right to return or reclamation. Product photographs are symbolic and might not represent the actual state of the product (colors, materials, etc.).

LIMITED USAGE RIGHTS

Visitors of website Metabamboo.co can use contents of the website only in personal and non-commercial purposes. Contents are protected by copyrights. Any other misuse, copying, publishing or distribution of websites’ contens or its parts is not permitted without explicit permission from Meta Bamboo.

USERS REGISTRATION

Users can log in to website Metabamboo.co as registered users. All contents of website are accessible to anonymous users as well. Registered users provide their information in the process of registration. Each registered user gets its user name and password, which is secret. User is obliged to assure that he will treat user name and password as a secret and will not provide it to other people unless specifically authorized by the user. Each user holds responsibility for contents that are entered by the user on website Metabamboo.co.

PRIVACY POLICY

Data, that user provides through forms on all sites of Metabamboo.co or by any other means (e-mail, telephone, etc.) are confidential and are treated accordingly to the current US law. Personal information will be protected by Meta Bamboo and we will prevent their misuse. Personal data will only be used for purposes, for which the users gave their consent.

The user also holds the responsibility to protect the privacy and protection of personal information so that the users user name and password are kept secret.

Meta Bamboo uses SSL technology to transfer all personal data. SSL technology makes sure that all information are encrypted. Information about credit cards that users enter in such case are transferred directly from users computer to authorization server of the bank.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Website Metabamboo.co enables the purchase of products, which are presented on website Metabamboo.co.

Orders, placed on Metabamboo.co, count as submitted when the user receives an automated email notification. This email notification is not a confirmation of product being on stock or that it has been dispatched. Order will be confirmed after at most two working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded) and the customer will be notified with email message.

In case that the product ordered is not on stock or that the order could not be processed due to other reasons the buyer will be notified by email.

Meta Bamboo will treat confirmed orders as non-cancellable. In case of mistake on the buyers part, the buyer can cancel the order without any additional costs by the time of receiving an email message, which confirms the order.

Meta Bamboo can reject an order if it suspects that there was an abuse of website Metabamboo.co. Placing an order counts as agreement with terms of service.

Purchase order is stored on Meta Bamboo website and a registered buyer can access it at any time through their account on the website.

CANCELLING AN ORDER, PRODUCT RETURNS AND RECLAMATIONS

Buyers have the right to notify Meta Bamboo in 14 days that they are cancelling the order on email address hello@metabamboo.co. Fourteen days deadline starts counting the next day of receiving the ordered goods.

Costs of returning the goods are covered by buyer. Products that are customized by customers are not eligible for a return.

Meta Bamboo is responsible for clerical errors of goods purchased on Metabamboo.co. A buyer should send the reclamation request to email address hello@metabamboo.co. An original invoice or a copy of it should be enclosed. Meta Bamboo will notify the customer about how the reclamation process will proceed in 5 working days after receiving a written intent.

In case of product color and size are not available in drop-down menu it means that the product in such a combination is not on stock.

    Additional costs

    Please note additional customs charges may occur (import duty or tax) for non-US countries.

    Late or lost orders

    When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Meta Bamboo takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outside building.

    Unclaimed orders

    IF THE ORDER IS NOT COLLECTED, BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT OR THE RECIPIENT HASN'T PICKED UP THE PACKAGE, WE WILL REFUND 10$ LESS TO COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER OR CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AFTER REALIZING THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT!

    Can I refund a product?

    You can inform us your items 15 days after you receive your order that you would like to make a return for a refund. We will refund your purchase within 15 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank policies. Refund does not include shipping costs.

    Underwear can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached. Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed. If the products have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

    We currently do not have an exchange service. If you would like another product, color or size, please place a new order.

    Goods with a copy of the invoice and the form must be sent within 14 days of the submission of the notification to the company.

    Upon return, the products must be unused, undamaged, unchanged in quantity and in their original packaging.

    The costs of the return are paid by the customer. We do not accept packages with shipping payments upon collection for returned goods.

    Complaints
    Meta Bamboo is responsible for material defects. In case of material defects, please notify us via email hello@metabamboo.co and describe the defect more specifically and provide the possibility for the seller to review the item.

    Definition of material defect:

    1. an item does not have the characteristics, needed for its normal use or trade;
      2. an item does not have characteristics, required for specific use, for which the customer has purchased, which was or should have been known to the seller;
      3. an item does not have the characteristics and distinguishing points that were specifically or silently agreed upon or prescribed;
      4. a seller delivered an item, which does not match the pattern or design, unless the pattern or design was shown exclusively with the purpose of notification.

    In case of a defected product, we will refund the standard delivery shipping costs. We do not accept packages with shipping payments upon collection for returned goods.

    All prices are listed in USD. Customers are obliged to pay for the customs procedure including any customs duties.

    When placing an order, prices and discounts are valid at the moment of placing an order. Prices are valid until the new prices have been published on Meta. Bamboo.

    Buyers are obliged to pay all costs that occur with import customs process including any customs duties according to the current law of the country of import.

    Meta Bamboo does not take any responsibility for possible delays incurred by delivery service. Delivery charges can be changed at any time and Meta Bamboo can choose another delivery service if it proves to be more efficient.
